The Advanced Transformational Leader
The world is changing fast. Current and predicted levels of disruption require transformational leadership in organization that are agile and adaptable.
This is an advanced leadership journey for experienced managers who have attended the Transformational Leader program and wish to take their learning to the next level of leadership and organisational transformation.
The program takes the design principles and concepts explored in the Transformational Leader program and extends them into the organisational practices required in the 21st century. It develops the capacities and leadership practices of a future-fit leader with the desire to increase their organisations’ agility and adaptability. The program focuses firstly on the leader’s personal transformational journey, then on how each leader can support organisational transformation.
Participants are taken through a range of diverse experiences including use of diagnostics for self and organisational assessment, personal reflection, small group conversations, walk and talks peer sharing, executive coaching, and a nature immersion – with the option to spend one night sleeping outdoors in nature. Participants leave with new insights and practical tools for self-mastery and personal resilience, team and organizational development, new perspectives on leadership, and new insight into next-stage agile organizations.
Who's this for?
This program is for experienced mid to senior Government leader level leaders who have already attended The Transformational Leader Program at Dartford Centre, and are ready to reach their next level of personal development, and contribute to enabling their organisation to become future-fit.
