Modern leaders need the skills to engage with individual team members in different ways. To motivate, inspire and cultivate a sense of belonging and in turn improve individual performance.

This practical program teaches a range of highly respected coaching techniques that will help to overcome relational challenges impacting organisational performance.

You will receive feedback from your peers, our coaching faculty and trained actors playing the role of employees in your organization.
